Moroznik Furs Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Moroznik, each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase.

Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or preference. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Size Swaps

• We are pleased to offer size exchanges for the same style and colour, subject to availability.

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size swaps.

Faulty Items

• If your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@moroznik.com.au

• Once approved, you may choose a refund or a swap for the same style (subject to availability).

Return Conditions

• Moroznik reserves the right to reject returns that are outside the stated timeframes or not in their original condition.

• If this occurs, the package will be returned to you, and shipping costs will not be covered by Moroznik.

• Moroznik is not responsible for any items returned to us that were not purchased directly from Moroznik. Please ensure the correct return label is attached.

International Returns

• Customers returning items from outside Australia are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

• Moroznik does not cover these costs for international returns.
