Moroznik Shipping Policy

At Moroznik, each order is prepared with the utmost care. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We ship via Australia Post and DHL.

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch (metro areas).

  • All orders include tracking, which will be emailed once your order is on its way.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Moroznik ships to all countries worldwide using DHL Express or Australia Post International.

  • Delivery times vary by region but are generally 7–14 business days after dispatch.

  • All international orders include tracking.

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their destination country.

Delays & Liability

  • Once dispatched, Moroznik is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

  • If your parcel is lost or delayed, please check your tracking link or contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on size swaps.

  • For faulty items, Moroznik will cover the return shipping cost once the fault has been confirmed.
